BPO Supervisor

Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide structured side-by-side coaching and performance reviews, create improvement plans, and drive skills development. Own operational execution by ensuring dialer usage, lead management, and process adherence, tracking performance metrics and forecasting delivery cadence. Serve as a key client communication point and represent team performance in business reviews.
