Job Summary

Oversee and manage civil and fit-out projects, including maintenance and on-demand requests. Coordinate contractors, designers, suppliers, and vendors; plan milestones; manage procurement inputs; maintain a risk register; and ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality. Prepare and review RFP/proposals, run and document project meetings, produce weekly dashboard reports, and support contract/payment progress with Quantity Surveyors, including value engineering and CAFM/FSI work orders.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee civil and fit-out projects end-to-end, coordinating contractors, designers, suppliers, and vendors to achieve milestones and overall completion within time, cost, and quality.
•Maintain and update a risk register and report design/construction/project risks and mitigation options for approval.
•Prepare and review project proposals/RFPs for approval, and manage project requirements with internal cost control and process documentation.
•Schedule, chair, and attend project meetings; record minutes and action items; act as the hub for project information and communications.
•Support contract and payment progress with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, including value engineering exercises and follow up on CAFM/FSI work orders and AMC provider performance.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
•Preferably a Chartered Professional member of a recognized body (RIBA, RICS, ICE, etc.)
•Project Manager Professional certification (preferred)
•Minimum 8 years of supervisory-level project management experience managing budgets and schedules from inception to completion
•Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in GCC
