Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead state and local government affairs strategy across multiple regions and legislative environments.
  • •Drive multi-state legislative and regulatory campaign execution, including sponsorship strategy, coalition management, negotiation, amendment strategy, and legislative engagement.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop regional government affairs leaders across multiple geographies and build scalable operating practices.
  • •Establish and improve operating rhythms, governance, planning processes, and reporting mechanisms across the state affairs function.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success building influential relationships with legislators, regulators, associations, and advocacy partners in politically complex, highly regulated environments.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional policy/regulatory efforts with accountability for outcomes and executive-level communication.
