Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end operations across clinical delivery, care coordination, and revenue workflows (patient intake → care delivery → billing/reimbursement)
  • •Design, build, and scale operational systems, including SOPs, workflows, and playbooks across multiple states
  • •Build and manage provider capacity, scheduling, and utilization systems to optimize care delivery efficiency
  • •Define and track key operational KPIs (utilization, conversion rates, revenue per patient/provider, operational margin)
  • •Build dashboards and reporting systems to drive data-informed decision-making

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,000 - 2,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years of operations leadership experience with full ownership of end-to-end operations
  • •Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups (Series A–C or equivalent fast-scaling environments)
  • •Strong background in healthcare, telehealth, behavioral health, or care delivery operations
  • •Proven ability to build and scale operational systems from scratch (0 → 1 and 1 → scale)
  • •Data-driven operator with experience owning KPIs and building performance dashboards
