Key Responsibilities

•Own the platform supporting 1+ petabyte intelligence products, including batch processing and real-time 24/7 API requirements.
•Build foundational AI architecture for blockchain intelligence infrastructure and guide production system direction through technical bets.
•Lead and hire for two sub-teams spanning data infrastructure through product-facing delivery, raising technical quality and AI fluency.
•Drive 10x improvements in the speed and overhead of getting new intelligence models and data products to customers.
•Create platforms that accelerate DS team work, enabling seamless testing and delivery of intelligence data products.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on data/engineering experience with 4+ years of direct people management.
•Player-coach who stays close to technical work, including architecture review, debugging pipelines, and system design decisions.
•Experience owning production systems at scale for customer-facing data products, APIs, or decisioning engines (not analytics/BI).
•Strong Python and SQL, with experience using BigQuery, Airflow, data lake architecture, and serving layers.
•Daily user of AI tools to accelerate development and challenge assumptions.
