Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain EHS management systems based on corporate requirements, local regulations, and OHSAS standards.
  • •Lead EHS performance improvements to achieve world-class levels, including safety checks, hazard identification, emergency plans, and drills.
  • •Run EHS training and safety activities/communications to improve employee safety awareness, and conduct safety committee meetings with reporting and guidance.
  • •Oversee engineering & facility activities to ensure equipment and utility supply reliability; manage installation and maintenance (preventive maintenance and emergency repairs).
  • •Manage and develop people, control EHS/FM budgets, provide technical support to resolve equipment/utility issues, ensure safety/environment compliance, and drive lean improvements for quality, cost, and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in environmental, health, or engineering-related disciplines, with relevant management experience for mechanical/electrical work.
  • •At least 3 years of management experience.
  • •Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
  • •Ability to efficiently collaborate across departments and deliver outstanding performance.
  • •Good problem-solving skills, including strong English speaking and writing.
