Job Summary

Contribute to the creative development of Lifestyle categories by researching fashion references and past vintages, proposing new shapes and finishes, and producing precise technical sketches. Collaborate closely with the Head Designer and cross-functional teams to coordinate development timelines, ensure quality and detail, and prepare fittings. Work with material development and external manufacturers to explore new fabrics, propose technical solutions, and support model construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate closely with the Head Designer and category collaborators; present research and realizations and contribute to the Maison’s creative direction.
•Conduct iconographic and vintage research to fuel creation and collection ideation.
•Propose new shapes and finishes using 3D computer tools; develop technical sketches and syntheses (boards, collection plans, FTS, etc.).
•Coordinate development timelines with the planning and ensure quality information handover to product leads for communications with external manufacturers.
•Work with the materials development team and manufacturers: visit fabric fairs and manufacturers, follow material choices, propose technical solutions/finishes, and support fittings and construction handover.

Key Requirements

•Proven professional experience of around 8–10 years as a stylist, ideally for Lifestyle Ready-to-Wear categories.
•Strong expertise in volumes, materials, garment construction, and finishes, including basic pattern/modelling knowledge.
•Mastery of graphic expression, including drawing and placement of prints and embroideries.
•Proficiency with Photoshop, Procreate, InDesign, and Illustrator; CLO 3D and Rhino 3D knowledge is a plus.
•Team spirit with excellent relationship skills and strong organization to manage priorities and deadlines.
