  • •Support Nuclear Technical Lead and Department Manager with strategic resourcing initiatives.
  • •Supervise and lead a team of structural engineers, guiding individual and team technical development.
  • •Serve as Structural Lead/Engineering of Record on projects, maintaining responsibility for deliverable development and contributing to design work.
  • •Lead improvements in project efficiencies by creating/updating standards, templates, and researching software packages/plugins.
  • •Direct and contribute to structural engineering calculations, specifications, and drawings; perform quality control and support meetings (with occasional travel).

Key Requirements
