General Laborer

Set up and operate paper manufacturing machinery at the De Pere mill, ensuring production quality meets customer standards. Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed, collaborate with other departments, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. This entry-level role reports to the Mill Superintendent and includes rotating 12-hour shifts, overtime after 8 hours, and opportunities for earnings to increase as you qualify for additional positions.
