Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain mini bar requests from the Detail Arrivals Report/Reception and collect arrival, departure, VIP, and mini bar listings before replenishing rooms.
  • •Clean and stock mini bars according to One&Only standards, SOPs, and product lists.
  • •Replenish mini bars to par level daily and charge consumed items immediately to guests’ accounts.
  • •Record opening, current, replenished, and actual stock accurately on stock sheets and stock trolleys to required par levels.
  • •Support daily operations by learning hotel facilities and events, reporting equipment issues, and performing other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary workplace language.
  • •Positive, energetic, self-motivated, and presentable with a guest-focused mindset.
  • •Accurate numeracy skills, including addition and subtraction.
  • •Learn and follow hotel fire and safety procedures and operate firefighting equipment.
