Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, prioritize, and execute cost-out projects across the Non-Ferrous Metals portfolio.
  • •Develop savings pipelines using resourcing, negotiations, should-cost analysis, and VAVE initiatives.
  • •Support supplier benchmarking and commercial competitiveness assessments.
  • •Lead dual sourcing and alternate supplier qualification activities and drive SPIR mitigation/supply continuity.
  • •Analyze spend concentration and supplier dependency to identify sourcing opportunities and facilitate VAVE workshops with suppliers and manufacturing plants.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •2-5 years of experience in cost reduction/cost engineering and commodity management.
  • •Experience in manufacturing engineering and supply chain engineering.
  • •Experience with value analysis/value engineering (VAVE) and strategic sourcing.
  • •Ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
