Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the full programmatic interface for agents across CLI, API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints, and Skills so they feel like one coherent product.
  • •Create agent-facing documentation (Blueprints, Skills, and reference materials) as an experience that teaches agents how to operate Render.
  • •Build a configuration-first onboarding path that lets agents deploy the whole system in one motion rather than through service-by-service UI steps.
  • •Design dashboard surfaces for human review, supervision, and activity visibility for agent-driven deploy/retry/failure events.
  • •Design agent auth and access experiences, including consent, scoping, token management, and safe revoke flows using least-privilege.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product design experience, ideally on developer tools, infrastructure, APIs, or other technical credibility-driven products.
  • •Design craft across both GUI and non-GUI surfaces, including error language, command shapes, API responses, and dashboard details.
  • •Owned end-to-end experiences across interface boundaries (CLI, API, SDK, dashboard) with a shared model expressed everywhere.
  • •A strong point of view on AI-native products and how they should show up to agents.
