Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve the existing innovation process in close collaboration with Technical Product Management and Innovation Management, from ideation to portfolio management.
  • •Plan and further develop ideation workshop formats to turn initial ideas into concrete approaches.
  • •Contribute to introducing a new innovation tool and help make it usable for work in the area of back ovens and cooktops.
  • •Develop benchmarking concepts for the innovation process and new product ideas to make comparisons visible and support decision-making.
  • •Experiment with AI-supported idea generation and evaluate where it creates real value in innovation management.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration, ideally with a focus on innovation.
  • •Connect creative ideas with a structured approach to processes so concepts become implementable.
  • •Communicate clearly across functions, listen well, and actively drive topics forward.
  • •Think interdisciplinary, especially regarding mechatronic products, digital engineering, or digital services.
  • •Maintain a customer-centric mindset and apply strong German and English communication skills to work with different interfaces and present results clearly.
