Key Responsibilities

•Evolve the existing innovation process in close collaboration with Technical Product Management and Innovation Management, from ideation to portfolio management.
•Plan and further develop ideation workshop formats to turn initial ideas into concrete approaches.
•Contribute to introducing a new innovation tool and help make it usable for work in the area of back ovens and cooktops.
•Develop benchmarking concepts for the innovation process and new product ideas to make comparisons visible and support decision-making.
•Experiment with AI-supported idea generation and evaluate where it creates real value in innovation management.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration, ideally with a focus on innovation.
•Connect creative ideas with a structured approach to processes so concepts become implementable.
•Communicate clearly across functions, listen well, and actively drive topics forward.
•Think interdisciplinary, especially regarding mechatronic products, digital engineering, or digital services.
•Maintain a customer-centric mindset and apply strong German and English communication skills to work with different interfaces and present results clearly.
