Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to deliver robust harness routing, BOMs, and CAD models (SolidWorks/Altium) for LV/HV interconnects, ensuring program milestones, quality standards, and seamless cross-functional delivery for vehicle platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Design the routing and retention of harnesses, cables, and connectors to ensure ease of assembly, serviceability, and robust functionality
•Develop BOMs, wire, and material specifications
•Create and manage CAD (3D models, assemblies, 2D drawings) using SolidWorks and Altium for LV, HV, and high-speed vehicle interconnects
•Interface cross-functionally to drive program delivery
•Collaborate with OEMs, vendors and partners to identify the best wire harness solutions for the vehicle platform

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or MS degree in Systems, Electrical, Hardware, Computer Science, or equivalent program
•2+ years of automotive wire harness design experience and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard
•Experience designing harnesses for LV and HV applications and familiarity with ISO 6722 and SAE J1128
•Ability to source, manage, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for harness manufacturing and materials
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to wider audiences
