Staff/ Senior Machine Learning Engineer, ML Infrastructure- Offline

Design and evolve Unity’s large-scale offline ML platform for generating training datasets and orchestrating distributed model training workflows. Build reliable data pipelines and multi-stage training processes integrated with orchestration systems, improving reproducibility and observability through validation, monitoring, and automated testing. Optimize performance and resource utilization across distributed compute, partner with ML teams for experimentation and iteration, and lead architectural improvements that keep pipelines scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
