Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership in Quality Management to regional business groups and manufacturing quality teams, including QMS audits and certifications.
  • •Serve as Process Owner for the Quality Management System, Quality Critical Standards, and QMS audit activities.
  • •Own and maintain the Quality Policy, Quality Manuals, and the scope of the Quality Management System, including risks and opportunities.
  • •Analyze metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Develop, communicate, and maintain RACI analyses for QMS processes, clearly distinguishing global standards ownership from regional and site execution responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in quality-related roles.
  • •Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and IATF certification.
  • •Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across all organization levels.
