Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage.
  • •Document incoming and outgoing equipment.
  • •Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
  • •Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment.
  • •Maintain inventory systems and ensure yard and shop cleanup in line with safety and company standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Safety training required and PPE required when applicable; this is a safety-sensitive position with a contingent offer based on passing a 10-panel drug screen.
  • •Valid driver’s license; must be at least 18 years old to be in the EquipmentShare yard.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to stand, sit, bend, and stoop.
  • •Must be able to be outside during extreme temperatures.
