Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth analyses using internal data and external primary/secondary sources to identify value drivers and growth opportunities
•Collaborate cross-functionally with monetization, sales/sales operations, international strategy, and data teams to complete analytical and strategic initiatives
•Support optimization of business processes and policies to improve operational efficiency
•Support key projects and initiatives with teams within AUNZ and across APAC
•Develop dashboards and provide data analytics insights for business operations and performance tracking

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master’s degree
•Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude with experience in Excel modeling and interest in strategy
•Solid project management skills, including handling multiple processes across topics, functions, and stakeholders
•Ability to manage sensitive and confidential conversations with stakeholders, with a strong high-EQ team player approach
•Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills to handle ambiguity and derive insights
