EHS Manager, Korea

Lead EHS and Sustainability programs across all of Korea, covering three factories (including an R&D lab) and one headquarters office. Ensure compliance with national and local environmental, health, and safety regulations while driving continuous improvement in EHS systems, culture, accountability, and incident prevention. Conduct incident/accident investigations with corrective and preventative action plans, and provide leadership, support, and training to build the Korean EHS team’s capabilities. Coordinate with group/region EHS teams and harmonize policy with Korea’s SAPA.
