Key Responsibilities

  • •Cover EHS and Sustainability responsibilities across all of Korea, including three factories (R&D lab) and one headquarters office.
  • •Provide expertise in key EHS and Sustainability programs, proactively driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with national and local regulations.
  • •Collaborate with factory operations and local leadership to improve the organizational EHS program/system, culture, awareness, and accountability.
  • •Conduct incident/accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
  • •Provide leadership, support, and training to build the technical, management, and leadership skills of the Korean EHS team, and coordinate with Sika’s group/region EHS team to harmonize policy with Korean SAPA.

Key Requirements

  • •7 to 10 years of experience in safety and health regulations within health and safety management in a multinational company.
  • •Industrial Safety Engineer Certificate (산업안전기사).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •Excellent English skills for business conversations.
  • •Strong computer skills; MS Office proficiency preferred (SAP/ERP experience is a plus).
