Job Summary

Coordinate cross-functional teams to support store openings and ensure smooth, stable day-to-day retail operations. Own store-opening project plans, governance artifacts, and milestone tracking, while acting as the retail operations coordination point across key departments and vendors. Consolidate and validate store data and manage system setup (including SAP and POS/APTOS), support opening readiness, track permits and documentation, and drive issue resolution through stabilization with clear reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain store-opening plans, milestone trackers, checklists, and RACI; run kick-offs and progress reviews and manage dependencies and escalations.
•Coordinate retail operations across Store Development, Finance, IT, HR, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, District Managers, and vendors.
•Consolidate and validate store master data; coordinate store-code creation and required system setup (SAP, POS/APTOS, payment/tender settings, devices, network, and user access), including testing and issue closure.
•Track opening readiness across permits, documents, staffing, training, inventory, fixtures/supplies, uniforms/work shoes, badges, signage, and marketing materials.
•Support site handover and pre-opening inspections, oversee budget/purchasing/payment status with PO/invoice documentation, and coordinate opening execution and stabilization with reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Project Management or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•2-4 years of experience in retail operations, store opening, project coordination, or multi-store support; footwear/apparel/lifestyle retail preferred.
•Strong project coordination, planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple openings and changing priorities.
•Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable working with internal teams, store teams, landlords, and vendors.
