Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, analyze, and optimize process performance; lead troubleshooting and provide technical expertise to improve safety, quality, reliability, and production results.
  • •Develop and implement process improvements, establish operating parameters, and support capital projects to enhance production capability and efficiency.
  • •Maintain a strong presence in manufacturing areas, working with operators and production teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Lead improvement initiatives, root cause investigations, and corrective actions, while coaching and providing technical training to operations personnel.
  • •Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) requirements, Management of Change (MOC) processes, safety reviews, and incident investigations; support SOP development, validation, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary: USD 64,300 - 118,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • •1–2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated processing industry.
  • •Knowledge of production processes, process optimization, process safety, and regulatory compliance (cGMP, ICH Q7, ISO, environmental and safety standards).
  • •Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills for cross-functional work.
