Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow after-sales and service revenue by developing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • •Implement service sales strategies, priorities, and activities aligned with the BU Service Sales Manager, including maintaining structured Sales Plans.
  • •Follow sales processes to sell Alfa Laval products and services, providing value-based quotations and collaborating on follow-up with Technical and Inside Sales.
  • •Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for sales volumes and gross margin and maintain strong market presence through customer visits and meetings.
  • •Use CRM tools (Dynamics 365 or similar) to log customer-related sales activities, manage relationships across channels, and support preparation and execution of service contracts.

Key Requirements
