Field Service Engineer

Support Dell installations, maintenance, and data collection on customer sites to accelerate issue resolution. Perform QC checks to ensure work is accurate and repeatable, and collaborate with customers and product teams to resolve inputs and keep schedules on track. You’ll also create and run tests under guidance, assist with template updates and case repository maintenance, run QC on logs, and track task versions and approvals in workflow tools.
