Master Data Management role

Own the accurate creation, maintenance, and governance of client and vendor master records in the ERP system to support Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) policies. Validate requests and documentation, verify tax/bank/contact details, ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards (e.g., GST/TDS/WHT), and improve data quality by resolving duplicates and inactive records. Partner with CS, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Admin, and others, and use tools like ServiceNow for vendor onboarding.
