Job Summary

Lead responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade agentic AI platforms and multi-agent systems. You will own architecture and delivery end-to-end, mentor engineers, and partner with Product to move solutions from concept to MVP and production. Focus areas include LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and integration with Mastercard’s data platforms in a regulated payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and multi-agent systems.
•Architect agent workflows including memory strategies, tool integration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
•Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and context engineering using platforms such as Mem0 and Redis.
•Integrate agentic systems with enterprise data platforms.
•Embed agentic intelligence into payment and operational workflows.
•Production Readiness & Reliability: drive observability, evaluation, and system reliability for production AI services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 254,000 annually
