Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts and other legally binding documents, including template development/adaptation.
  • •Provide support to the Digital Sales team on contract templates and contracting matters.
  • •Support Marketing teams on legal implementation for campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, and related agreements.
  • •Support Sourcing with supplier and vendor contract preparation/negotiation and internal approvals.
  • •Advise teams and subsidiaries on applicable legal requirements, partner arrangements, corporate filings, and compliance obligations across the region.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and relevant qualification requirement.
  • •Minimum 6 years PQE with an international law firm or a multinational organization.
  • •Strong contract drafting skills and commercial business law/corporate law experience.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • •Ability to work independently and cross-functionally while providing balanced legal advice on risks and benefits.
