Job Summary

Lead TikTok’s Measurement Performance CoE to interpret advertising impact and business outcomes across the region. Partner with measurement, product, and sales leaders to build measurement strategies, prototype advanced insights and tooling, and support bidding, targeting, and optimization for new features. Own performance measurement by analyzing advertiser and user data, maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting, and delivering actionable recommendations that improve campaign ROI and drive adoption of measurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with sales and measurement teams to develop and implement measurement strategies that drive business growth.
•Lead ideation, creation, and prototyped deployment of custom insights, ad effectiveness meta-analysis, and tooling for large-scale data environments.
•Manage dotted-line teams across the region to support measurement and performance work.
•Design and test bidding, targeting, and optimization methods to support new product and feature development.
•Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to track Source of Truth (SoT), KPIs, and measure campaign effectiveness; analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

Key Requirements

•Extensive proven experience in analytics and digital advertising, ideally from large marketing organizations or measurement suppliers.
•Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science) or equivalent.
•Proven experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, Measurement, or a related field.
•Proven managerial capabilities, including experience managing global teams or equivalent responsibility.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights using experimental design and analytical methods.
