Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the national Sports & Venue sector growth strategy across ANZ regions, aligned with APAC/Global plans.
  • •Lead pursuits end-to-end, including capture strategy, assembling pursuit teams, proposal and interview coordination, and win themes.
  • •Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for major sports programs and projects nationally, supporting teams with delivery and risk challenges.
  • •Connect and align regional teams to create a unified national Sports practice, collaborating with global sector leadership.
  • •Mentor and develop emerging sports sector leaders, support recruitment/retention, and set performance metrics and growth objectives.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience leading sports facility, venue, entertainment, or large-scale capital project programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Sports and Entertainment sector with credibility from delivering related programs and projects.
  • •Demonstrated success generating and winning new business within the sports and entertainment industry.
  • •Proven experience leading complex pursuits, proposals, interviews, and client presentations.
