•Build and own core product features including backend systems, APIs, and voice infrastructure.
•Work on telephony and real-time voice processing, plus integrations with legacy financial infrastructure.
•Own engineering areas such as orchestration for voice AI systems, infrastructure scaling and low-level performance, or security for Fortune 500 environments.
•Continuously ship production-ready code that supports Fortune 500 clients and real customers.
•Operate with lightweight process and real ownership, identifying what needs to happen and executing end-to-end.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually

•3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
•Experience working through hypergrowth at a Series A (or similar stage) startup.

•Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
