Key Responsibilities

•Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models under supervision.
•Assist in the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements and standards.
•Ensure measurements follow recognised standards and methodologies.
•Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
•Review project drawings and specifications to identify basic cost elements, risks, and discrepancies.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum 3–6 years of experience in quantity surveying or measurement roles

•Familiarity with measurement standards (e.g., CESMM, POMI, or equivalent).
•Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Revit, or similar) is essential.
