Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models under supervision.
  • •Assist in the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements and standards.
  • •Ensure measurements follow recognised standards and methodologies.
  • •Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
  • •Review project drawings and specifications to identify basic cost elements, risks, and discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 3–6 years of experience in quantity surveying or measurement roles
  • •Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation in both 2D and 3D
  • •Familiarity with measurement standards (e.g., CESMM, POMI, or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Revit, or similar) is essential.
