Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct site visits to inspect assigned assets and supervise major maintenance tasks.
  • •Administer, inspect, and oversee infrastructure projects for drainage and irrigation systems and sewage treatment plants.
  • •Supervise maintenance of infrastructure assets (roads, footpaths, street lighting, irrigation and fire hydrant networks, sewage and storm water networks, pumping stations, water features) to minimize downtime.
  • •Manage vendors and service providers, including monitoring preventive/reactive maintenance, ensuring HSE compliance, evaluating maintenance quality, and tracking KPI performance.
  • •Support compliance and operations by handling customer complaints, coordinating cross-department issues, preparing budgets, assisting with reserve fund updates, and supporting emergency response readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of hard maintenance and infrastructure maintenance experience.
  • •Experience with HVAC systems, ASHRAE standards, DM drainage regulations, DEWA LT installation guidelines, and Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) life safety regulations.
  • •Strong understanding of technical operations in the construction industry, including MEP construction management and quality monitoring.
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and project management with attention to detail and reporting ability.
