Job Summary

Drive brand communications for adidas in the Philippines by planning and supporting local activations across PR, partner publishing, events, and content production. Key Responsibilities

•Plan and support local activations for brand and product campaigns across PR, partner publishing/seeding, on-ground events, and content production.
•Maintain the @adidasPH social media content calendar across all platforms, with support for agency Community Manager.
•Coordinate with the adidas SEA Marketplace team to develop and execute always-on TikTok content, livestreams, and seasonal TikTok campaigns.
•Support membership and digital activations in the Philippines to maximize CLTV and repeat purchase, delivering value to adidas members and retail/digital ecosystems.
•Manage day-to-day marketing operations including marketing/promo stock maintenance, stakeholder approvals/reporting, agency network coordination, and support Finance reporting and forecasts.

Key Requirements

•Assist the Brand Communications Manager in planning and implementing local brand and product activations across PR, partner publishing/seeding, on-ground events, and content production.
•Lead maintenance of the @adidasPH social media content calendar across platforms, with support from an agency Community Manager.
•Develop and execute always-on TikTok content, livestreams, and seasonal TikTok campaigns in partnership with the adidas SEA Marketplace team and external agency partners.
•Support membership and digital activations in the Philippines to maximize CLTV and repeat purchase, plus execute on-strategy retail activations at point of sale.
•Degree in Business Studies and/or (Marketing) Communications preferred; at least 3 years’ experience in brand PR and/or social media in a consumer-focused industry, preferably with agency handling experience.
