Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead equipment reliability and manufacturing excellence using key performance metrics (availability, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, cost of ownership).
  • •Drive daily manufacturing support, capacity/throughput optimization, and excursion response for chronic issues and tool bottlenecks.
  • •Manage quality and risk via root-cause analysis, corrective actions, risk mitigation, and audit/quality system compliance.
  • •Oversee cost management for equipment maintenance budgets, spare-part optimization, and improved labor productivity/maintenance efficiency.
  • •Lead equipment installation/startup, upgrades, technology transfers, new node qualifications, and evaluate automation/new technologies while developing and coaching equipment talent.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Semiconductor Engineering.
  • •Semiconductor manufacturing experience and Equipment Engineering experience.
  • •People leadership experience and project management capability.
  • •TPM / Equipment Reliability background.
  • •Preferred fab startup, technology transfer, and multi-site/global project leadership experience; advanced problem-solving and statistical analysis skills.
