Job Summary

Support enterprise transformation process improvement initiatives aligned to the bank’s strategic priorities. Partner with line-of-business leaders to coordinate Lean Process Automation learning programs, manage training enrollment, vendor support, LMS updates, and communications. Oversee execution across one or more simultaneous strategic initiatives by coaching students in Lean Six Sigma certification, leading supplemental tools training, troubleshooting training operations, and helping eliminate barriers to sustained results.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate ongoing Lean Process Automation training by managing enrollment, maintaining training backlogs, and providing transparent communications on availability, completion, and related status.
•Partner with directors, stakeholders, training vendors, and Learning & Development to develop and support learning needs and troubleshoot training management issues.
•Maintain training operations by monitoring vendor portals, coordinating LMS data with Human Capital Shared Services, and managing training-related purchase orders and invoicing.
•Support Lean Six Sigma learning by defining projects for students, coaching participants, monitoring progress, and removing barriers to keep students on track.
•Oversee supplemental tools training by updating and maintaining training content, leading instruction and simulations/meetings, setting performance expectations, and advising on process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience leading process improvement efforts.
•Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification and willingness to audit Fifth Third specific training within the first 6 months.
•Demonstrated proficiency with Lean tools/methods and knowledge of process mapping/modeling, process mining, task mining, and data visualization/data analytics tools.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation abilities for multiple client groups.
