Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive customer orders via phone, fax, or mail; log and validate accounts; enter orders into the system to build a consolidated open order list for scheduling.
  • •Analyze trips and advise the scheduler on postponing or dumping products to sites based on truck and driver resource availability.
  • •Print loading instructions and delivery advises and assign loadings to drivers for timely deliveries.
  • •Monitor drivers’ punctuality and trucks’ movement using a GPS tracking system; update customer order status and manage violations.
  • •Coordinate with workshop and emergency services, arrange spot-hired trucks when needed, and perform role-specific information security responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Handle distribution clerical functions including receiving customer orders and updating fuel orders in the system.
  • •Validate customer accounts and enter orders with details such as quantity, requested date/time, and customer number to build a consolidated open order list.
  • •Print loading instructions and delivery advises, assign loadings to drivers, and monitor punctuality to ensure timely deliveries.
  • •Record and confirm deliveries and returns in the system based on delivery documents, and coordinate invoicing document flow to finance.
  • •Minimum 3–6 years’ experience; 1–3 years CERT/Diploma; competent in MS Office; fluent English writing and speaking (Arabic preferred).
