•Provide mentorship to the sales team to consistently beat goals each quarter.
•Partner with the VP of Growth on quota-setting, forecasting, and evolving the sales motion as the company scales.
•Be the connective tissue between marketing and sales to ensure inbound volume is followed up with urgency and the right sequencing.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually
