Certified Field Performance Technician

Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnosis for residential solar and storage systems while managing warranty and service scheduling. Coordinate with field and branch leaders to allocate labor for warranty/service projects, train and develop other Field Performance team members, and lead regular best-practice meetings. Meet field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatch metrics, support onboarding, and assist with inspections and site audits as assigned. Must hold an electrical journeyman license/equivalent certification per local requirements.
