BU Supply Chain Manager - Snacks & Confectionery

Steer and accelerate best-in-class supply chain practices within the assigned business unit, rolling out supply chain strategy and roadmaps across factories. Build a cross-functional matrix organization, deliver year-on-year PBIT and working capital improvements, and develop major opportunity projects. Drive step-change platform rollouts, ensure supply chain KPI accountability, and lead S&OP deliverables and operational excellence tracking while educating and coaching senior stakeholders.
