Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead multidisciplinary due diligence and development programs for data center sites across North America, partnering with developers, investors, hyperscalers, and end users. You’ll manage governance, schedules, budgets, risks, and feasibility studies from site screening and acquisition through development readiness. Coordinate technical advisors and consultants, synthesize findings into executive-level reports, and advise stakeholders on power, utility, fiber, water, permitting, entitlements, and investment decision risk.
