Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver ICT teaching aligned with the curriculum, including planning, preparing, and presenting differentiated sessions for all ability levels.
  • •Organize classroom learning resources and create classroom displays to support a positive learning environment.
  • •Assess and track student development in line with school assessments, using Target Tracker to inform planning, provision, and intervention.
  • •Manage classroom behavior and follow the school’s behavior policy, acting decisively and maintaining appropriate authority and relationships.
  • •Communicate with parents/carers (e.g., Parent Teacher Conferences) and use school systems such as CPOMS as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •1–2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • •Experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
  • •Strong professionalism and consideration for the well-being of children.
  • •A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
