Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a two-year program with structured rotational assignments across multiple business areas and countries.
  • •In Year 1, complete two six-month assignments in Operations and Specialty Finance roles.
  • •In Year 2, complete a 12-month assignment in Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Finance.
  • •Build leadership capabilities through coaching, networking with senior leaders, and training sessions.
  • •Participate in international mobility and complete relocations as required for each rotation.

  • •Have obtained or will obtain a bachelor’s degree in business with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Analytics by August 2026 from an accredited institution.
  • •A master’s degree in these fields is preferred.

  • •Demonstrate effective communication and the ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks.
  • •Show proactivity and curiosity, desire to build a leadership career, and flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program.
