Key Responsibilities

  • •Review clinical documentation across note types (including initial assessments and progress notes) to identify gaps below standards for safe, high-quality patient care.
  • •Review clinical decision-making and the use of evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • •Complete calibration exercises and inter-rater reliability rounds as programs evolve.
  • •Provide asynchronous and live 1:1 remediation support to providers who fall below established standards of care (for some peer educators).
  • •Complete review and documentation work in Headway’s designated systems while adhering to HIPAA and privacy/confidentiality requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 125 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Current licensed therapist or professional counselor with an independent, unrestricted license and 3+ years of direct therapy experience.
  • •Experience completing quality chart reviews or audits for healthcare delivery organizations.
  • •Experience coaching or training other clinicians on documentation that meets clinical care standards.
  • •Comfort working alongside AI-assisted review tools and providing structured feedback to improve rubrics and models.
