Key Responsibilities

•Build referral partnerships by developing relationships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, assisted living facilities, and senior-focused organizations, educating providers on Sailor Health’s services and referral workflows.
•Own territory growth by developing new partnerships, managing high-priority accounts, and driving consistent outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.
•Operate in the field by spending 4–5 days per week meeting partners in person across the territory and attending community events.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure a seamless referral and onboarding process, and help refine outreach processes and partnership playbooks as the company scales.
•Demonstrate range in engagements from presenting to 20 providers to in-person 1-on-1 meetings with solo PCPs, balancing strategic territory planning with detailed follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually
