Perform CCP monitoring checks under the HACCP program, including recording temperature and fecal checks for salvage parts and verifying conditions on IP, wash out, and airsac salvage vats. Conduct presentation checks for the evisceration department per USDA NELS guidelines and assist on the salvage line as directed by the supervisor. Complete accurate Tyson paperwork, read production/quality documents, do simple calculations, communicate results, and lift up to 70-pound tubs.
