Lead the F-15QA Site Support Team for international formal training programs at Al Udeid Airbase. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a diverse team of training services and training device professionals supporting F-15QA aircrew and maintenance training programs in Qatar and future international locations.
•Coordinate with training and logistics support functions, including U.S. Government contracting officer representatives, foreign military partners, Boeing teams, and subcontractors.
•Support project planning and status activities (proposals, estimates, scheduling, and business systems status inputs) for multiple contracts and deliveries.
•Evaluate business requirements against cost, schedule, and technical constraints and ensure program planning baseline requirements are met.
•Apply agile principles and manage personnel performance, development, expectations, and coaching; support hiring, staffing forecasts, and staffing plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,200 - 174,800 annually

Key Requirements

•At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience), or completion of the Boeing course “Exploring Leadership.”
•Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance and aircraft operations.
•Experience working contracts with U.S. Department of Defense and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.
•Experience with schedule and budget management, logistics integration, customer communication, and program planning to meet cost, schedule, and technical baseline requirements.
