Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage semiconductor equipment and perform technical evaluations to monitor, stabilize, and improve wafer fabrication processes.
  • •Work with engineering teams to enhance workstations and troubleshoot/escalate process or equipment issues using established paths.
  • •Monitor process indicators (SPC charts, dashboards, alarms) to identify abnormal conditions and take appropriate action.
  • •Collect, review, and document production and process data for yield, quality, and traceability.
  • •Conduct technical experiments and run process tests to identify yield and process trends, and ensure safety compliance and shift pass-down communication.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Availability for 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), with flexibility for shift changes or overtime.
  • •Ability to wear cleanroom garments (about 20%, depending on department) and occasional PPE such as chemical aprons and face shields (~1% of the time).
  • •Preferred: Associate degree, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • •Preferred: Experience with disciplined execution, data-driven work, process adherence, and process monitoring/statistical process concepts in high-reliability environments.
