Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute annual program roadmaps aligned to enterprise talent objectives.
  • •Manage intern/graduate lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, development, recognition, and offboarding.
  • •Lead standardized onboarding and participant experiences across North America by partnering with internal functions and site leaders.
  • •Manage program budgets, governance, compliance, KPIs, executive-ready reporting, and risk mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
  • •5 years of experience in program management, recruiting program management, early careers program management, stakeholder management, talent development, HR, or a related field.
  • •Experience managing large-scale programs, internships, graduate/leadership development, or similar program delivery.
  • •Strong project and program management skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • •Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing senior stakeholders.
