Support post-closing portfolio management for multiple business banking portfolios across regions. Collect and review financial statements for covenant reviews and loan renewals, compile borrowing base and covenant waivers, and research collateral exceptions to clear issues. Facilitate modifications to existing loans, order required third-party reports, and process system requests to update loan details while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
