Job Summary

Build and operate AI-enabled workflows across People, Legal, Finance, and Workplace by extending existing production AI agents. Key Responsibilities

•Extend and govern AI workflows across the company, shipping AI-powered versions for People, Legal, Finance, and Workplace and ensuring they are measured.
•Own technical governance for internal AI tools, including publishing/scoping/review cadence, pre-deployment security review, and spend/usage monitoring.
•Own the MCP and connector roadmap for enterprise systems by hardening MCP integrations into production and scaling across HRIS, ERP, contract management, ticketing, and knowledge bases.
•Translate emerging AI capability into the internal roadmap by tracking new MCP servers, agent frameworks, and agentic features and deciding what to adopt or wait on.
•Run structured AI vendor security and privacy reviews by building documented intake, a reusable AI vendor risk framework, and a clear sign-off path with Privacy, Security, and Legal.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,500 - 200,300 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software or integration engineering experience, including at least 2 years building integrations between SaaS systems (HRIS, ERP, contract management, internal platforms, communication tools).
•Hands-on experience with API integration patterns, OAuth and identity, and webhook architectures.
•Practical experience with LLM-based applications and AI tooling, including prompt design, agent workflows, retrieval/evaluation, or production integration of model APIs.
•Working knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable agent-tool integration patterns.
•Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including working effectively with non-technical partners in privacy, legal, and engineering reviews.
