Senior Project Manager

Own end-to-end delivery of construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace projects with values up to €2M. Lead projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, serving as the primary client interface. Build and maintain execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers; coordinate stakeholders and lead procurement. Track portfolio performance with dashboards and reporting, ensure HSEQ compliance, manage financial performance, and support close-out and continuous improvement.
