Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
  • •Ensure projects up to €2M are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain execution plans, delivery strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders; coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and facility management teams.
  • •Oversee financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, invoicing, and final account reconciliation) and ensure HSEQ compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of proven project management experience in M&E, FM construction, or critical environments.
  • •Experience delivering multi-million-pound projects.
  • •Proven experience running a P&L.
  • •Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.
  • •Previous experience operating at senior level (desirable).
